ABOUT

Jarrett Milton is the Co-founder and CEO of THE BETTER BLACK MAN COMPANY (BBM). A
native of Atlanta, GA, Jarrett is the youngest son of Julius and Janet Milton. Jarrett attended Georgia State University, where he eventually obtained his Bachelor of Arts in English; but through all of his matriculation and maturation, Jarrett has always seen BETTER within everyone in his community and wanted to seek ways of healing for those who lived there.

While Jarrett worked and pursued the interests of numerous companies and organizations for years, he was imparted the wisdom from all of those facets of his life to begin the groundwork for BBM. When COVID-19 ravaged the working industry as we know it, Jarrett was released from his last corporate position at the beginning of the pandemic; from there, he took a leap of faith and began The Better Black Man Company.

Lost-n-Found is an Atlanta-based nonprofit that exists to end homelessness for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ) and all sexual minority youth.
